The Best Months To Find Oyster Mushrooms
In nature, you can find oyster mushrooms all year round, as we have seen. However, if you want to maximize your chances of finding the common oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), then we recommend looking in the fall.
Moreover, you may observe growth after the first frosts of the year or during the first warm weekends of spring. Sudden weather changes are often very good triggers for their fruiting.
